Do I need my deposit ready to reserve a new home? 13th Jan 19 at 9:11 PM
Could anybody tell me if I can reserve a persimmons new home if our house is not yet sold?

We wont have the deposit until our house is sold but we do have a mortgage in principal.

Do we need to wait until our house is sold STC?

The build completion will be May/June.

Persimmon will expect you to exchange contracts (including paying the deposit) within 28 days of reserving.
