Is there anything at all that you might be able to achieve the world record in if you really tried?

    - Cat polishing

    - No of hours spent on MSE when I'm stuck in bed with something nasty (no I don't mean O.H)

    - no of times I've reorganised my nail polish collection

I thought about amount of clothes I have that I never wear but I'm probably very low down the list on this

The amount of times I've burnt boiled eggs (and injured myself! )

I've voted "it's a possibility". It would be in "Ways to injure yourself while doing nothing in the slightest bit dangerous" or maybe "Terminal Clumsyitis"
Some people only exist as examples of what to avoid...

Oh, balls. Did I use the wrong one again? Tricksy little i.

I could have the world record for misspelling "misspelling". I did it so many times, I have to google it every time I write it now to make sure.
