    Hi,

Not sure if this in the right place but I am enquiring as to whether anyone has any information or pointers re- delayed Delta flights from the US to the U.K. due to hurricane Michael.

I am now in a situation which leaves me not being able to attend work and potential loss of earnings. I have had to extend the stay by 4 days.

I didnít book the flight, my friends in the US did and itís all under their account although my name is obviously on the booking to travel.

Any advice would be great - thank you!

Regardless of Hurricane Michael a Delta flight from the US to the UK would not qualify for compensation as it is a non-eu flight from a non- eu country. You will need to look at your travel insurance
