I think the OP was asking what to do with some puff pastry, not how to make it but thanks for the video, it’s hysterical! Personally I think life’s too short and I buy it if I need it.

Try rolling it out, cutting squares, cut a smaller square inside but not all the way through (to make a rim)spread with tomato pur!e and then add tomato/pepper/ whatever you have in the fridge and sprinkle with grated cheese. Always goes down well.
"Inconceivable". "You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means."

    A few suggestions:

    - large sausage plait, sausagemeat and then add whatever else you fancy on top, onions, tomatoes, chutney
    - a veggie tart: add onions, tomatoes, courgettes, feta cheese, pesto
    - cheese straws, these ca slo be made a little more interesting with the addition of pesto or finely chopped pancetta

    Get some tinned kidney beans
Fry some green pepper, onion, carrot and mushrooms in a pan until softening
Boil a small piece of swede until soft

Whizz it all up in a blender, add some black pepper, marmite and marjoram, and salt, to taste. Let it cool, and you'll have a tasty vegetarian pastry filling.
