Halifax Clarity PDF Statement Late? 6th Sep 18 at 7:31 AM
Anyone else find their Halifax CC statement is not available for download?

Recent transactions show the due date and balance payable but actual PDF about four days late so far.

I spoke with them just now. They're had an issue with processing the statements for the past few days. IT issue. The batch is normally produced overnight. The customer service rep said they hope all will be resolved in the next few days. So, tomorrow would be the earliest to see whether statements will have come through. My online balances show correctly though.

Compare this with TSB - whose website says "Transactions since last statement <date>" where <date> is the date of the statement before last, and "Next statement due: <payment due date>".
