My 5th working day this month and my 4th lunch from home - last Tuesday was a delayed team buffet to celebrate Eid, so it was lots of yumminess in exchange for a 2 donation to charity. Today was rice with vegetables (fairly dull but I was not in a cooking mood last night!) but the watermelon with berry dip more than made up for the dullness of the rice.

Yesterday was day 6/20 and I carefully packed my lunch and then left it on the kitchen table. However, I was saved by the emergency cup a soup in my desk drawer, so whilst I was quite hungry and grumpy by the end of the day at least I didn't buy any lunch!

    Morning

So far I have done 4/15.

    This comprises

2 x salad with mixed beans, 1 with beetroot and 1 with avacado
1 x salad with pasta with tomato paste stirred though and
1 x leftover potatoes and brocolli topped with cheese and beans.

I bought 1 lunch last week.

Today I am taking a salad, with beetroot. Might make cous cous...

    Morning All!

Just checking in with 10/20 days (including today obv), 100% so far!

Made another batch of pasta salad mid week, so I've been eating that all week. Think I'll go back to sandwiches next week so I can eat pasta for my dinner next week lol! x
