    Three deducting money without consent 12th Aug 18 at 8:42 PM
    So my partner queried why his bill was higher than usual but didnít get a reply anyway I looked at his detailed bill and he has a £15 deduction for PayForIt
    Donít even know what this is when queried three about it they said we would off subscribed so I asked them for proof which they donít have I also queried what protection they offer for fraud this could be happening to lots of people.

    There answer was to call a 0333 number to sort it and get another charge !!!128545;!!!128545;!!!128545;!!!128545;

    Have a look on 3's website as it explains how it is purchased and what it is.

    Calls to 03 numbers are inclusive in allowances on the same basis as calls to 01 and 02 numbers. If you haven't got an inclusive allowance, calls to 01, 02 and 03 numbers are charged at geographic rate.

    Payforit charges are when you access other services by using your phone, the costs are charged to your mobile phone account.

    Three will have no details of the transaction which is why you have been referred to the company your OH dealt with on their 0333 number.

    If you check the relevant bill on which the charge appeared you might find a 5 digit number which can be checked on the Phone-paid Services Authority website
