    No response to appeals

No response to appeals 12th Aug 18 at 6:24 PM
I received a PCN on windscreen, on permit only private land. It stated on the PCN "Do not appeal if the contravention occurred" and to send valid appeals by post only to a PO Box No.
I appealed but received no reply. I then received a NTK demand from a debt collector and appealed again with no reply. A reminder was sent which increased the demand to 170.
I have now received a letter from the debt collector saying that they intend to advise their client to instigate immediate legal proceedings.
I would like some advice please on how to proceed, since there is no response to communications.

The name of the PCC is Autosec. They only appear to have a Box No. for contact and a phone number for payments only.

Are you talking about Auto Security Ltd?

This is the likelihood of court action:

As said above, ignore all debt collectors' letters.

Post again on this thread if in the extremely unlikely event you receive either a Letter of Claim or official court correspondence.

autosec are a BPA AOS member

Autosecurity Limited trading as Autosec http://www.autosec.co No No No No Yes

they should have issued a popla code with any refusal

in which case if they failed to do so then make a complaint to the BPA AOS email address with copies of all paperwork and a brief timeline

Private Parking ticket? check the 2 sticky threads by coupon-mad and crabman in the Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking Board forum for the latest advice or maybe try pepipoo or C.A.G. or legal beagles forums if you need legal advice as well because this parking forum is not about debt collectors or legal matters per se

Complaint email for the BPA about 'no POPLA code' is in the fifth post of the NEWBIES sticky.
PRIVATE PCN? DON'T PAY BUT DO NOT IGNORE IT TWO Clicks needed for advice:
Top of the page: Home>>Forums>Household & Travel>Motoring>Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking - read the 'NEWBIES' FAQS thread!
Advice to ignore is WRONG, unless in Scotland/NI.
