UC bundle - Am I suppose to send this the tribunal? 12th Aug 18 at 2:44 PM
Hi all, I submitted a UC appeal to the tribunal back in the middle of May. As I was put in WRAG and not Support. It took ages but I did get my bundle of info back from the DWP. Now I am asking what do I do next?
Do I need to post this bundle to the tribunal? Do I keep this bundle for my own records? Has the DWP forwarded the same info the tribunal as they've sent me? thanks.

The bundle is for you to look through so you can see how the DWP have arrived at their decision and identify why you disagree with them. This is so you can prepare the argument that you wish to present to the tribunal to persuade them to change the decision.

Not UC - but this is a good guide to the process of benefit appeals:

    Here are the SG descriptors:

    and Reg 35:

Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.
