Employer Pension Contribution Limitation 9th Aug 18 at 6:02 PM
As a Director of a Limited Liability Company I want to give my employees a pension contribution that exceeds the government requirement. Is there a limit to what I can give them? What is the tax implications for the LLC and the employee at the time of the contribution?

As a Director of a Limited Liability Company
Is that a limited company or limited liability partnership? (your wording could suggest either - LLC is a business structure in the USA. Not the UK).

I want to give my employees a pension contribution that exceeds the government requirement. Is there a limit to what I can give them?
Not in the context you are looking at. There are rules to prevent tax evasion and abuse but if you are talking a few percentage points then no issue at all. Some companies pay 10-15% of salary or more to key employees.

What is the tax implications for the LLC and the employee at the time of the contribution?
    no difference.
