Ryanair Flight - can't check in teen as DOB not in drop down box! 8th Aug 18 at 3:12 PM
I am having trouble trying to check in two of my three children (who are both teens) on the Ryanair website - I have tried both the laptop and my mobile.

The drop down bar for their DOB does not give me the option of 2003 and 2005 (in fact nothing above 2002). Live chat are not much help as they told me there was no way of me being able to check in ad they can do it on my behalf when I arrive at the airport, but even though they said no charge would be made for this I'm worried their will be!

Has anyone else experienced the same problem?

    MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS

I've googled this issue and there are plenty of instances of this problem.

Some say that Ryanair resolved it via Live Chat so I would give it another go.

The problem you encounter is their mechanism to prevent any under-16s travelling alone. At the airport they can confirm that you are accompanying them, and there is no reason for them to charge.
