Car Finance wih car craft? 8th Aug 18 at 1:27 PM
    Hi
I was wondering if someone could help, i took a loan out to pay for my car back in November 2012. The car was from Car Craft and the loan was with Hitachi Capital. Do I send my letter to car craft, or to hitachi capital to see if I had PPI? Thanks

You complain to car craft. The sellers of the PPI. Not the providers. Remember a complaint is about the how the PPI was missold. Not about the product itself.

However, if you are just asking if you had PPI then you would ask Hitachi. They can answer that question before you put your complaint to Car Craft.

To Hitachi. They are the finance providers, Car Craft have nothing further to do with you.

I'm not sure why they said that. However, you will find the other regulars in this section posting shortly confirming my response is correct.

Please be aware that the sale of PPI alongside credit agreements was banned in 2010.
