Online Shop not responding, order not turned up 7th Aug 18 at 8:34 PM
Iím not sure if this is the right place to post this.

I brought some disposable cameras from a company called disposable camera shop for my wedding reception, and itís been over 3 weeks and Iíve not received my order. Iíve sent numerous emails, contacted them through there website and left voice messages on the phone number, it just rings and says I canít leave a message with an automated voice.

They are based in Leeds under the company twenty one c Ltd.

Iím not sure what to do...

Contact your card company and tell them you want to dispute/chargeback the transaction.

Was a timescale for delivery agreed specifically in the contract? If not they have up to 30 days to deliver so your bank might say you have to wait. I would get in touch with them now though to log your claim.

The traders terms and conditions are very shaky and just plain wrong in a lot of places.
