SIP Parking Limited - Notice to keeper - ANPR (Parking Charge Notice) 7th Aug 18 at 11:56 AM
    Hi there,

I've read the newbies thread but not 100% sure what steps to take. I have received a NTK for the following reason; 'Vehicle not permitted & grace period exceeded'

should I send the 'Template appeal for BPA or IPC members' from the Newbies thread too?

    Kind regards

when waiting in a train station car park
SIP don't do train stations so unlikely Transport Focus would be interested. This may be a car park near a train station but not operating under byelaws.

    You'd best check

    It's the IPC template
If you want to win - avoid losing first. Here are a few examples
    1. Failing to RTFM - the Civil Procedure Rules
    2. Failing to Acknowledge or Defend- See #1
    3. Failing to RTFCL - the Court letters
    4. Template defences that say nothing - See #1
    5. Forgetting about the Witness Statement - See #3

Is it definitely worth sending the IPC template through the SIP online appeal form? I always thought it was worse to engage in conversation with companies issuing Parking, not Penalty charge notices and better to ignore completely?

The newbies thread is explicit, and you appeal
Youre not risking money as this isnt a fine , and SIP arent great in court

You need to edit your posts. the driver MUST NOT be identified, as is said on every single thread.
