Architects Certificate 7th Aug 18 at 11:46 AM
I am in the process of purchasing a new build property that will only have an architects certificate rather than an NHBC. My solicitor has told me my lender is fine with this, however, my question is when it comes to remortgaging, will some lenders not accept a remortgage based on it only have an architects certificate?
