Just need some advice, I am ordering my first passport this Friday as I am saving up to go to Benidorm (Spain) - just need to know what is the best booking holiday service out there to book benidorm?

I am back at Express Gifts next Wednesday so i can start saving up for an holiday. Any advice would be great, thanks

Can't fault Jet2 in my experience.

Or you could organise it yourself.

    Skyscanner for flights

    Trivago for hotels.

Sort out transport to and from the airport by asking on here.

Just to add, I also think that Jet 2 is well worth checking out.

    As above.

You should only ever use Yourstruly & Nooneelse Esq.

95% of the problems people post about on this forum are due to people need g handholding through booking and then being surprised that companies no longer care once your money is in their hands

That's my holiday booked for benidorm on 6th of January, 2019. Can someone please tell me what happens when I arrive at the airport, what steps do I take then because I never been to an airport before, do I check in straight away? and what happens to my suitcase?

Who have you booked with and which airport (Manchester?)

[edit] as Richard said, you arrive on the Spanish Xmas eve - could be a few things going off (only ever been to the Canaries at that time, stuff going off teatime to midninght, no idea what happens in Beni).

Who have you booked with? Different companies have different procedures including online checking in, seat allocation, weight allowance for hold and cabin baggage and cabin baggage dimensions. Some have bag drops rather than check-in desks.

If you have booked online rather than with a high street agent then you will have to provide your passport details via their website well in advance of departure. If with a high street agent then you give them the information to enter.

Read up about security checks and what you can and can't take into the airport and onto the aircraft.

Hopefully all these things will be advised to you in advance. Just make sure that your passport is valid.

I have booked with Thomas Cook and I booked on phone with my local travel agents in town centre, called in today to get confirmation letters printed out for me.

I will be going to Manchester Airport, my depart time is 5.30am, but I need to be there 3 hours before to ensure I get there on time.
