ESA Clashes with UC 6th Aug 18 at 3:35 PM

I was on ESA but it was stopped after an assessment. I appealed the decision 7 months later. Whilst preparing my appeal I was advised to apply for UC.

Now ESA and UC don't know what to do as apparently I cant be transferred back in to UC.

UC have asked to have no part in this issue but have said that I need to do another assessment.

Please advise on what I should do ?

Im in Birmingham I think the system is full blown UC

Not sure what stage you are at.

Did you do a mandatory reconsideration and claimed UC during this?

Are you now appealing to a tribunal and this application has been accepted and you wish to go back onto ESA whilst waiting for a tribunal date?

    Or something else?

What you have written is rather confusing.

Are you claiming ESA pending the tribunal hearing? This option is available to you.

Are you getting help with your appeal?
I'd suggest that you take your paperwork into an advice centre / CAB to get clarification.
