Missed 21 day deadline on Civil parking charge notice 6th Aug 18 at 11:18 AM
    Help

I received a CPCN in a private carpark. I was away so missed the appeal deadline. Will this count against me appealing or should I appeal anyway?

    Thanks so much!

    Which parking company?
What was the charge for (type of 'infringement')?
By how much have you missed the deadline?
Windscreen ticket or notice through the post?
Please note, we are not a legal, residential or credit advice forum, rather one that helps motorists fight private parking charges, primarily at the 'front-end' of the process.

Try sending the appeal template in the newbies faq thread near the top of the forum

If it's rejected because you are too late then see #4 in the FAQ on how to deal with the debt collectors stage of this process

    Presumably at Lidl?

Do a forum search on 'Lidl Christian Haertnagel' and follow advice to contact Mr Haertnagel direct. Read some other letters that have been sent to him and use those to base your own. Do not write to Lidl Customer Services, they will send you a fob-off response.

HOW TO USE THE FORUM SEARCH FUNCTION:

Use the Forum Jump button (one near the top and one near bottom of this page) to get back to the forum thread list. Just above the threads, on the right, is a heading along a line, next to forum tools, called 'Search this Forum'. Put your key word(s) in and change the default search from 'Show Threads' to 'Show Posts'.
