Move WhatsApp to SD Card on Fire 7 Tablet

Move WhatsApp to SD Card on Fire 7 Tablet 6th Aug 18 at 9:02 AM
I have been helping a friend with their Amazon Fire 7 Tablet.
I have loaded WhatsApp onto the tablet using an old non working PAYG SIM that could still receive texts.
The problem is the 8GB tablet memory soon fills with the WhatsApp media files.
I have added a 128GB SD card and, as a temporary measure, regularly copy the WhatsApp media files to the SD card and delete them from the WhatsApp folder.
What I would like to do is move WhatsApp, or at least the default location of the WhatsApp media folder, to the SD card.
Google has a few suggestions none of which sound wholly convincing, some seem to be only what I am already doing.
I have tried one of the App managers called AppMgr III which supposedly allows movement of all except pre-installed Apps to the SD card but the only thing it could suggest moving was itself!
I was quite difficult to get WhatsApp to work on the tablet in the first place so I am reluctant to try anything which might result in losing it.
Has anyone successfully moved WhatsApp to a SD card on a tablet and what method did you use?
