The POPLA Appeal Proccess - Guide? 12th Jul 18 at 11:07 PM
    Hello there,

Forgive me if I've missed a huge part of this forum, but I'm now at the POPLA Appeal stage but I can't find a guide/information on how to submit my appeal.

Where can I find the steps on how to do this properly?

I can't find it in the thread anywhere.

Is there a guide of what to include (and what not to include) when you make a POPLA appeal?

    Thank you

    Phil

The "guide" is in the thread everyone is politely asked to read before starting a new thread

I'm really sorry, but I still can't find the information on how to make a POPLA appeal.

    I don't see "#3" anywhere

Your reply on this thread is #3 (look top right of your reply). Mine here is marked #4.

Now go back to the NEWBIES thread with fresh eyes as to what constitutes the THIRD post there.
PRIVATE PCN? DON'T PAY BUT DO NOT IGNORE IT TWO Clicks needed for advice:
Top of the page: Home>>Forums>Household & Travel>Motoring>Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking - read the 'NEWBIES' FAQS thread!
Advice to ignore is WRONG, unless in Scotland/NI.

Have you now got a PoPLA Verification Code then?

Your other thread seems to indicate that you are still waiting for the BPA to sort it out.

Is this another ticket or the one you already have a thread going for?

You need to get this thread merged if that's the case or useful info could be missed.
