Other leaseholders buying freehold 12th Jul 18 at 10:00 PM
Hi, appreciate any help with this...
We have just heard that other leaseholders (more than 50%) are approaching the landlord to request to purchase the Freehold. We have not been informed or invited to join this group. Can they do this without notifying all leaseholders? We would also be interested in becoming share of freehold and obviously worried that the purchase may happen without our knowledge and the other owners would become our freeholders?
    thanks for any advice

Contact the freeholder yourself to express your interest.

All you can do is ask your fellow leaseholders if you can join them.

But if they want to wilfully exclude you, there's probably not much you can do.
