    You might want to get this moved to the Debt board - They have much more experience of debt collectors acting at this level, which is slightly higher up the food chain compared to the scum who chase for PPCs.

    I'll add my voice to the chorus suggesting you contact Sheila as well.

    Her site, Bailiffadviceonline also has a lot of free and very useful info in its various FAQs that you can go and look-up straight away.
