    Hi

I ordered a few bit on a computer merchandising site and the items were in the celebration of a chip manufactures age and the items were showing up as free so I order a couple and payed for the shipping and have the invoice and dispatch confirmation and have been delivered and now have emailed me about the pricing error and want my to pay full price

Just tryed to look at the T&Cs and just gives me a 404 error (intelemeastore.com/help_desk/termandcondition.asp)

    Thanks for the Help

You don't need terms and conditions for something such as this.
If an error has been made in a contract and one party to that contract is or should have been aware of the error then the contract can be cancelled.
This is known as a unilateral error.

I'm sure that you were fully aware that the company weren't going to knowingly give you the goods for free so now you either have to pay or return them.

Where do you return them to, no address, no phone etc on site( that I could find.)

Lots of big computing company do promotions like this from time to time so I ordered two of the 4 that were free for me and my grandmother as there was no limit,
Surely if it has been delivered the contract was completed?
the email was sent after the items were delivered

If there was no limit then what would stop someone ordering 10/100/1000 of the items?
