    UKPC SCS Letter

UKPC SCS Letter 6th Jul 18 at 11:53 AM
On the 29th I received a letter from SCS dated the 26th stating I owe a dept to UKPC of 120 which has not been paid 'despite several letters from our client', and if payment wasn't received in 14 days they may take steps towards legal proceedings.

This all relates to a PCN on the 03/10/17 this was initially disputed with UKPC on their site from which I received a confirmation email saying it was on hold during this time. I have received no further communication from UKPC, email or the described letters in the letter.

During this week I have spoken to the Trust which owns the land and they said they will speak to UKPC on my behalf. I have not heard anything further.

I was hoping to get some advice on what my next step should be?

Everyone is politely asked to read up on this in the Newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum before starting a new thread.

Go there now to learn about the game you are now caught up in.

You now ignore everything except court correspondence or a lbcca

If it comes to this then come back for advice on how to defend this

    (Keep on at the trust!)

Email a complaint to the following two email addies:

    The BPA Trade Body:

    aos@britishparking.co.uk

and copy in UKPC to show you have reported them to the BPA:

    appealmoreinfo@ukparkingcontrol.co.uk

saying that you appealed back in October but received no rejection /POPLA code, and ask that enforcement is put on hold while this is investigated.

Do not say who was driving - did you, in the appeal?!
