FSCS Claim Form 5th Jul 18 at 2:59 PM
    Hi Guys

I have recently received a form from FSCS and there are a couple of questions in which they would like me to answer but I am not too sure or even remember what they are asking?

Please describe below (in your own words) why you are making this claim?

Do you feel the policy Terms & Conditions were [properly explained to allow you to make an informed decision? Explain why?

    Please help...

The first one is why are you making the claim - is what is your complaint?

The second is whether you feel the policy t&cs were properly explained to you.

Remember that there is nothing wrong with having PPI. You are making an allegation of wrongdoing. So, what are you alleging that was done wrong?
