Home insurance - incl business cover 28th Jun 18 at 12:07 PM
In the process of renewing our insurance and we've had business included for clerical use only for the last few years. Now my OH is wanting to make candles to sell and I wondered if this would come under "Other" when declaring it. I entered into a quote request but it didn't ask for any other details and am worried in case it comes back to bite us if we were to have a claim

Making candles to sell is manufacturing, not clerical. Insurers would also presumably see it as a higher fire risk too.
