    Hello my name is Dolly and I love lists

    I'm going to start this new post and the first promise I am going to make to myself and you is to keep it active and up to date as I have seriously lagged with any previous attempts for one reason or another.

    So a bit about me then;

    * My name is not really Dolly
    * I am a single pringle
    * I am 35 years old
    * I live and work in sunny Glasgow
    * I LOVE Harry Potter, Harris Tweed, stationary, lists and tequila
    * I'm a family and friends orientated person
    * I'm all about the happy and the positivity

    Will be back soon with my first of many lists

    Thanks INOD.

    She's getting a bit better, just really worried about him which we all are.

    He is still feeling exactly the same but that will hopefully change with the physio, just need to wait and see really.

    Just about to finish work.

    Going to pick up some converse I've bought on Facebay for £15, should have been £55!

    Off for dinner with my lovely little sister and her 2 sproglings.

    Enjoy the rest of your Sunday!

    Yay just reached my cash out limit of £25.00 with Onepoll so that is on it's way to my Paypal account!

    My Rainy Day Fund of £8000.00
    Okay so from reading on here and other places we should all have a RDF tucked away somewhere just in case the worst happens.

    I definitely do not have a RDF but I've decided today to start one.

    I made my first deposit of £25.00 this morning which was a combination or Pinecone Research and Prolific Academic cash outs. I have another £25.00 pending from Onepoll and when that comes in I will add this straight to my RDF.

    £25/£8000 - 0.11%

    Still quite a way to go but every little will help and I am determind to build this up as quickly as I can, in saying that though will realistically take me years

    On another positive note I just reduced my SBCC credit limit from £4450.00 to £4000.00.

    I know that's still high and I there is no way I am going to spend it but I have made the decision that as I build my RDF I will reduce my SBCC credit limit.

    Started off today just to round it down and for every £500 I save I will reduce my credit limit by the same amount until it is no longer required at all. At that stage I think I will just cancel it.

    So got home to a letter last night that my SBCC credit limit would be getting increased to £6000.

    It says is automatic and if I don't want it I have to call them to cancel, do you think they will still increase it automatically even though I just reduced it?

    Don't know if I can be bothered phoning them

    It's crazy isn't it. Can you drop them an email? Otherwise if they do raise it, you could always just drop it by more next time you reduce it.

    I am always logging on there anyway so if it goes up I will just reduce it again.

    It's crazy how they just throw money at you isn't it.

    No wonder so many are in debt, it's such an easy trap to get yourself stuck in.

    I am determined it won't happy to me again EVER!

    Just sold a Las Vegas Monopoly game for £10.00.

    Will keep that in my purse then transfer it into my RDF when I get paid.

    Sniff, sniff, sneeze.

    I've got the cold again, or maybe it could be hayfever?!?!

    Might try some hayfever tablets to see if that helps.

    In work until 8pm again.

    Have a meeting at 12pm then heading to the Post Office to finally send my passport away for renewal.

    Been having holiday nightmares about getting knocked back at the airport cos I have the wrong name on my booking!

    Got the money to pay for it in a separate account (thank you ex) so won't be costing me a penny.

    Can' believe the amount of paperwork I need to send;

    * New passport form
    * 2 new photos (still got a fat passport photo)
    * Birth certificate (hunted the house till 11.30pm last night to find this)
    * Marriage certificate (yuck)
    * Divorce papers (yay)
    * Driving licence

    What the heck! It's ridiculous so it is.

    Anyway hoping it's all filled in properly so it can go today, can't be dealing with this passport stress for much longer

    I would change your name on the booking now.
    Do you need to send all the paperwork as you are going back to your maiden name?

    So went to the Post Office and they said my PP form won't be accepted. My countersignature didn't fill out the form with a biro pen.

    Will get her to sign it again tomorrow evening then back to the Post Office on Friday.
