    I was given one o these action cameras for a present from my mother who has since passed away. The camera needs an App and an Android Phone to work (bit like a GoPro). The problem is when I downloaded the App it will not open on my Samsung Galaxy S8. As well as this the camera is supposed to connect to the Phone via wifi but it won't do this either. I seem to be stuck with an expensive paper weight.
    I've contacted Kitvision directly and via the App feedback. They say they can't replicate the issue with the App on a Galaxy S8! They asked if I had the latest software on my phone and asked me to turn everything off that was running. Tried this with no success. I've also tried using an Asus Zenpad10 and get the same result. Trouble is I don't have proof of purchase other than the boxed items and serial numbers as they were a present. They have offered a new half price camera but if the software doesn't work I can't see the point of this!
    Feedback on the Google Play Store is terrible so they obviously have issues. Also they have stopped responding to me.
    Anyone had similar issues or know of a work around?
    Oh I did get an email request for feedback on how my enquiry had been handled. Needless to say I gave them feedback!

    I was kind of hoping for a fix from Kitvision. The Camera seems to work but not the App. I can see from the App store other people having the same issue.
