    Just a quick post regarding something we purchased from the site IWOOT. My wife and I ordered a kettle and toaster combo

    However we only received the toaster and when contacting them they informed us the kettle was out of stock and had no idea when its coming in, even though they took the full amount and at no point informed us itís out of stock (and still shows in stock on their web site)
    They said we can return the toaster for a refund but we have to pay for the return (8.99) and look into getting a refund for that later.

    Their customer services on the website are no good and are hardly responding as is their facebook contact page. Is there any one we can escalate this too, has anyone else had such a bad experience with this company?

    Do make sure you follow the correct procedure with a Letter Before Action (LBA) etc...
