Solicitor not yet applied for HTB ISA 16th May 18 at 2:31 PM
Iím due to exchange soon but my solicitor has said she will apply for the HTB ISA once we have a completion date.

I was wondering if thatís common practice?

I thought HTB ISA should be applied for before exchange
