    Hi I have been trying to reclaim a missold ppi from National Westminster Bank which comes under RBS. I have sent them numerous paperwork as they wanted confirmation of my present address. I now live in Spain and have sent them a current electricity bill in English and a Santander UK Bank statement. They are now saying that the bank statement does not have an issue date on it even though it has the dates of the account summary and issue number 05/2018 & will not accept it? is this correct?

    Ask what other documentation you can provide.

    I have previously sent them a bank statement from my bank in spain which was in english & a electric bill which they wanted which was also in spanish but they said this was no good. I got the electric bill sent to me in English which they have accepted but have no other utility bill. The only other document they will accept is another utility bill which i do not have?
