TopCashBack new thread HELP PLEASE ! 14th May 18 at 8:19 PM
I can't find where to ask questions about TopCashBack so I opened a new thread.
Received a WEM saying I won a considerable amount, called a number and they said to answer the email. I did.
Got an answer it is an unmonitored email.
    Has anyone reached this point?

    HELP PLEASE !
THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO HELPS HERE

Where did you get the number to ring? TCB don't normally give out phone numbers.
Have you tried ringing the number again and telling them that the email address given isn't monitored and doesn't accept incoming mail?

Which competition was the win supposed to relate to?

If you log in to TCB and click on "Account", then click on "Customer Care", then raise and submit a "Support Ticket" using "Other" as a category. Give as much detail as possible such as email date, where it was from, who it was from etc.

It's some time since I won with TCB, but I vaguely remember that they had already raised a support ticket in my account, to which I had to reply to claim the prize.

    Hey marialionza,

We come across your post and wanted to help you out. Normally when you win competitions from us, you get an email which links to a support ticket. That support ticket is what you need to reply to and if this is the case you can find it here: https://www.topcashback.co.uk/account/enquiries/tickets/open

If however, you would like me to look into this can you forward across the message to mse@topcashback.co.uk so I can investigate it for you?

For future reference, our main question and answer thread on MSE can be found here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=4519857&page=211#topofpage

    Best wishes,

I can't believe I can't find how to get the topcashback money I won!
I've spent hours looking from one place to the other. I hate the internet jargon and the lack of help of the website.
    Does anyone in here know:
    1)
    2)
    3)

I have written and they ignore it except when they can advertise themselves saying that someone won and you should start doing it too.

    So annoying ! Already a month !

From the payments page in your account

    https://www.topcashback.co.uk/account/payments

it should show how much you have available to withdraw for each of the withdrawal options - towards the bottom of the long list of voucher choices are the "BACS" and "Paypal" options which also show how much is available to request that way and the "payable" button against each should be highlighted.
