balance transfer xextion 75 14th May 18 at 6:36 PM
I bought a second hand car in January and 8 weeks ago the gear box was grinding and popping out of gear, it has been back at the garage since then and I ring every week and I am told the same story that it will be done that week etc,
I am looking to make a section 75 claim but I have recently done a balance transfer on the credit card I used who is no liable for this?

    Many thanks

The card you paid on would be responsible if you have a valid claim even though paid off.
