The newbies FAQ thread shows you what to do after the initial appeal is rejected

More studying of #1 there needed!

Throughout here you are advised never to reveal who was driving.

You need to edit your post to remove details of who was driving

So your car was seen to enter a car park and later leaving.

    Nothing wrong with that.

    What is the alleged transgression?

Many car park signs don't show the reg no upon entry to a car park.

You used the template appeal three times and now have three PoPLA codes?

What you do next is appeal to PoPLA - three times.

    Hi
It is outside of the 28 day window of receiving the declined appeal and the PoPLA code states it is invalid

In that case you are now in the wait and see stage

See #4 of the newbies FAQ thread

They have 6 years to start legal action against you.

Ignore everything except a lbcca or Court correspondence

If you get those come back for advice on how to defend this at that time

Then there is nothing for you to do.

    Ignore any debt collector's letters.

If you ever receive a Letter Before Claim or court correspondence then post again on this thread.

This was easily beaten at PoPLA but now you have six years of uncertainty.

Advice to ignore is WRONG, unless in Scotland/NI.
