I've had solar panels installed for a number of years. Very happy. Been trying to find out information about battery storage. Not sure if this is the right thread to be posting but I want to know if anyone has purchased a battery storage unit and what their experiences are. Also any recommendations/tips on what to look for/look out for.

I suggest that you re-post in The Green and Ethical Forum. There is ongoing discussion there about battery storage. The 'bottomline' appears to be that the cost per kWh of storage is still more than the cost from the Grid when battery cost and life are taken into account.
