bank monthly loyalty payment 11th May 18 at 5:39 PM
Does anyone know if the bank payment that is given to a current account monthly provided you pay in a set sum each month and have direct debits taken (ie. Halifax 3 per month) is this taxable as an interest payment - or non taxable as a gift from the Bank?

    Hi,

I had a quick google and found this

    https://www.gov.uk/apply-tax-free-interest-on-savings

I think it is what you need, but there is a savings and investment board who might be able to offer more information.
