Halifax valuation - still not heard? 10th May 18 at 9:53 PM
    Hiya!

Our buyers are using Halifax for their mortgage. The surveyor came round last Friday to value the property and no one has heard anything almost a week later? Is this normal practise? Anyone else waiting ages to find out just about the valuation?

Not usual. Halifax would normally have the information within a couple of days.

    If not yesterday, then today.

We had our valuation done Thursday last week through Halifax and still waiting. They did admit there was a slight delay but we should hear something tomorrow they say.
