I need to sign up for some broadband but will likely be moving before the contract reaches term. Do any providers offer an easy solution for porting your subscription to a new address without incurring big fees/charges?

I moved address a month ago with Sky which was very easy and entirely seamless, the only downside is I couldn't take my phone number with e despite staying with the same supplier using the same exchange. There was no cost's incurred and no new contract. I've actually left them for NowTV within a week of moving.
