I have posted this before but for some reason it has not appeared on the forum.

I need to have a new loo fitted and I want to know how to NOT get ripped off. and if possible one that would issue some sort of certificate for my insurance company.

Is there an association that i go to what would you recommend please

    Many thanks

Why do you need a certificate?
Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.
