Parking Charge Notice 9th May 18 at 9:09 PM
I received a parking charge notice on my car whilst parked at a university staff car park by APCOA. I'm debating whether to pay this within the 28 day period to get the 50% discount. Interestingly the parking charge notice didn't specicy the amount with a it said #80.00. This alone makes me dubious.

Any thoughts on how I should proceed.

yes, appeal it as keeper using the template letter in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread , on day 25 or day 26 following the incident date

DO NOT REVEAL WHO WAS DRIVING , NOT TO ANYONE
    Newbies !!
Private Parking ticket? check the 2 sticky threads by coupon-mad and crabman in the Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking Board forum for the latest advice or maybe try pepipoo or C.A.G. or legal beagles forums if you need legal advice as well because this parking forum is not about debt collectors or legal matters per se

I'm debating whether to pay this
What, pay APCOA, who we always (100% wins, for years) beat, as they fold at POPLA stage?!

You'd be a mug, and I hope you are not. This is one of the easiest to see off at POPLA, no stress, did you miss the sticky thread telling you exactly how to appeal this and win?
PRIVATE PCN? DON'T PAY BUT DO NOT IGNORE IT TWO Clicks needed for advice:
Top of the page: Home>>Forums>Household & Travel>Motoring>Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking - read the 'NEWBIES' FAQS thread!
Advice to ignore is WRONG, unless in Scotland/NI.

Do you have a good reason why you want to give away your hard earned money to a company that makes money for old rope?
