Is something wrong with this house..? 8th May 18 at 8:57 PM
I'm house hunting atm and I keep coming back to this house. It's in the area I'd like to live, and it's the style of house I'd like, and it's affordable.

It's been on the market a good long while, and they keep reducing the price...

I'm going on a viewing expedition next week, and it's on my list. Maybe I'll see something obvious in the flesh.

I appreciate no-one has a crystal ball etc, but could those more experienced than me (which is all of you ) point out any issues I may be missing?

The 2 gardens thing is an oddity but that can't be it surely...?

Thanks for any advice and replies

After a very quick look, this is the kind of thing I'd like -

Mid terrace, no stairs in the lounge, bathroom upstairs, no paved yard/patio gig. I like a garden to have actual grass and flowers in it

I haven't checked about area and shared access nonsense and room sizes etc, but that's the type of thing. Rooms do look a bit small but that's an acceptable compromise for a nice house in the right area.

Or a semi like this maybe (again just for the style, not studied area etc etc)

    I hope these links work!
