World naked gardening day. 5th May 18 at 2:08 PM

Today is apparently the day to let it all hang out whilst trying to avoid the nettles and not traumatise the neighbours.
And mind the sausages on the barbecue. Have fun.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

I have just done two hours in the garden. It was bad enough in shorts and t-shirt!

I wish we could afford a gardener! You pull up weeds and the damn things come back. I have got better things to do with my time.

What is it with people who have to get naked to do normal stuff?
If you want to sunbathe naked out of the public view then fine.
If you want to swim naked, I really don't care.
But doing things like gardening while naked is just making some sort of point IMHO.
Too many scratchy, spikey, bitey, stingy things to make it sensible.

Suddenly why the local garden centre employed my lad today is explained. I'm puzzled though - he was interviewed in shirt & trous (beautifully ironed - I looked & was impressed) & taken on but told to nip home & change into work clothes.
I dropped him off in polo, slacks, steelies & a glove over the burn dressings on his hand. From the sunburn lines, he's not being doing much naked gardening though. I must wait til he has a mouthful of pepsi & ask....

What I was wearing (other than a smug grin) as I potted on the borage is my business but Wizard & I had the same idea.

As an enthusiastic naturist of many years standing..I am delighted to discover the existance of a 'naked gardening day'. I would recommend naked gardening and other nudely pursuits to anyone seeking a liberating experience..Now excuse me while I go and check on my Plums...

I'd partake but I'd have to keep my pruning sheers well away, wouldn't want to accidently cut something off that I might need later on.
Anger ruins joy, it steals the goodness of my mind. Forces me to say terrible things. Overcoming anger brings peace of mind, a mind without regret. If I overcome anger, I will be delightful and loved by everyone.
