SCS solicitor letter 17th Apr 18 at 5:48 PM

My girlfriend is a named driver of my car, and picked up some parking fines from Britannia parking for parking at her place of work 6 times without a ticket, totaling 400.

I've been ignoring the letters from Britannia and the debt collection agencies, but have recently received a letter from SCS solicitors. On the last page, it states "Please note that this letter is to be considered a letter before claim...." I need to respond to this one, right?

It also states that payment needs to be made to "".

Is it possible that this still won't lead to an actual claim?

Britannia never sue (as yet) so it is highly unlikely to go to a claim. I wouldn't worry!

Search the forum for SCS Britannia as we had a thread like this recently, with advice on it.
PRIVATE PCN? DON'T PAY BUT DO NOT IGNORE IT TWO Clicks needed for advice:
Top of the page: Home>>Forums>Household & Travel>Motoring>Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking - read the 'NEWBIES' FAQS thread!
Advice to ignore is WRONG, unless in Scotland/NI.
