Has the snow ruined my lawn?

I relaid my lawn last July from turf, all looked good and it was thriving. However with the snow, and the fact my lawn is overlooked meant it hasnt had much sun to dry it out yet.

One corner is very bare, other parts have some decent grass on but there are patches of moss coming through.

I was thinking of getting a load of seed on there in the next few days so it can start growing back?

Shade will be the likely cause of an unhappy lawn. If you're putting down seed, now is a good time of year.

Now would be a good time to check the lawn for Leather Jackets as this might be a cause for the bald area on your lawn.
