    Hi, I sold an item of furniture on 10th March, I stated cash on collection but the buyer paid by PayPal. They live 250 miles away. I understand they might be passing
    Since them I have heard nothing. I have messaged three times but had no reply. The buyer is active as they have received and left feedback in the past three weeks.
    What is the best way to proceed please? I wasn't happy about the PayPal payment but thought, OK. I really need this item out of the way soon

    I would look at cancelling, stating that there is a problem with the buyers address.
    Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
    Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

    No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

    You could cancel as a problem with the buyer's address, or wait until the buyer files an INR (item not received) and refund then. Neither will have a detrimental effect on your account.
