Phone data recovery help ! 15th Apr 18 at 9:42 PM
Hi , I foolishly sent a dead iphone to Rapid Data Recovery , then read the shocking reviews on here and elsewhere , they tried the 400 up front non refundable trick and then a further 200 if pictures recovered , still not received phone ..However ! In the event of getting the phone can anyone recommend a repairer and / or recovery company , i'm pretty desperate as 1000 pics on it LITERALLY was going to back it up and it died ...Thanks in advance .

If it had a memory card in it it's probably all on there.
Or if you'd enabled cloud storage it should auto backup to there. You can sign into your online Apple account and see if they're there.

there are so many companies (google, onedrive, dropbox, apple etc etc) wanting to manage your camera roll these days all you had to do was say 'yes' to one of them

are you sure they are not sat on one of their servers?

Maybe MSE needs to start a Phone Forum where all aspects relating to phone-related problems can be discussed at length..?

I rather think pogofish's comment was meant to be: -
    a) sarcastic or
    b) ironic but definitely
    c) tongue-n-cheek!
