Firefox Installation 15th Apr 18 at 2:24 PM
    Yo Dudes,

Trying to help the old man out and he wants Firefox installed.... Downloaded it no problems, but it won't open or extract. I'm not convinced it isn't being caused by his avast settings but I don't have his password for his avast settings so that avenue is blocked for now....

    Any other ideas?

what are you using to extract it?

    Try 7zip.

^^^That sorted it and enabled me to install it.

I wonder what he's got enabled on avast that prevents installations??

I've had Avast for years and never had a problem installing any software including Firefox (many times).
