    Hi all,

I have recently got the great news that Lowell have agreed by Consent Order to set my judgement aside.

I therefore sent all forms and £100 payment to Northampton County Court by recorded delivery on the 20th March.

I called them a couple of days ago and they said itís been received and sent to County Court Money Claims Centre who will deal.

Does anyone know how long this process takes from here? We are desperately trying to buy our first house, and have our first child due in 6 weeks so would like the mortgage sorted fairly quickly!

Is there anyone I could speak to to try and speed up the process?

    Appreciate any feedback/advise.
