    Well done MSE!

Spam posted 7.33pm. I reported it, and within two minutes it was an invalid thread. Quick work from the mods/board admin.

Altogether I reported about five threads. Mothballs Wallet beat me to it on the others (thanks MB). I can't understand why spammers think that people will actually respond to numerous spam threads.

I would say, for the non existent spam button...clear your cache?

All these different browsers and their foibles, very annoying.
Some people only exist as examples of what to avoid...

    Ive stopped spam bashing

Every time I click new posts, the first page is full of spam

If MSE can't sort it out, why should I do their job for them free of charge
if you lend someone 20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it

I'm happy to report spammers of all sorts anywhere.
I hate them, along with cold callers, and scammers of all types, they are a boil on the backside of humanity.
They're all cast in the same "rip-off, something for nothing, rob you blind" mould.
If everybody would just ignore them they'd go away.

If we stopped with the reporting, the site would die a slow death, then MSE would have to act to save their cash cow

There seems to be an awful lot of spam at the moment. Hard to see why they bother, given that their posts are mostly incoherent blocks of text, and nothing they write will remain on the site for more than a few minutes.
