Bathroom wallpaper removal 14th Apr 18 at 10:35 AM
We are removing wallpaper from a bathroom wall. There is paint behind the wallpaper and, behind that, plasterboard.
I am sponging the wallpaper with hot water and scraping the paper off; itís coming off pretty easily. But the wall is still a little tacky. How should I prepare the wall before painting it a different colour? Do I need to use some kind of primer to counteract the tackiness?

    Thanks in advance

    Wash down with sugar soap

Seal when dry with a coat of PVA glue
